This package is our middle package and contains all of the following.   This package includes our month of wedding planner with years of experience. A consultation with her and the team will be set up to cover all the last-minute details. Below you'll find an extensive list of what to expect from our top-notch coordinators:

  • Vendor information and expectations are discussed.

  • Checklist formed of things to be handled before the big day.

  • Appropriate time parameters set to execute the Bride's vision.

  • Conduct the rehearsal, ceremony and reception set up​​.

  • Facilitate a successful wedding ceremony by ensuring all is in order.

    • Items necessary to conduct the ceremony.​

    • Oversee ushers, officiants, bridal party and family.

    • Properly line up processional and cue musicians.​

  • Bustle Bride's gown for reception.

  • Delivery of final payments/tips to your vendors.

  • Ensuring all personal or rented items returned to owners.

  • Prepared to meet any emergency situations that may arise.

  • Coordinate all events and entertainment at reception.

  • 6 hours of coordinating is included

    • Additional hours at $35.00 per hour​

WEDDING DAY PREPARATIONS
  • Use of the venue from 10AM-11PM

  • Rehearsal: A scheduled rehearsal time for your exclusive use, our coordinator will be there to ensure the rehearsal will flow seamlessly. 

  • Pictures: Use of the venue and grounds for engagement pictures, bridal pictures, and day of wedding pictures. The property is a photographers dream come true. 

  • The main reception area and ceremony area are available Starting at 10AM day for your florist and planners to transform the space into your special dream come true! 

    • You may rent the overnight accommodations to get ready the day of the wedding 

CEREMONY SITES
  • Outdoor: We have three options for your ceremony site; The front porch,  The outdoor gazebo, or the covered patio all three options create the perfect backdrop for your special ceremony. 

  • Ceremony Seating: We have up to 75 wooden cross back chairs. 

RECEPTION
  • Available until 10pm. $250 per hour, every hour after 10pm for an after party

  • Round tables and wooden cross back chairs 

  • Ivory Linens for all tables

  • 3 Farm style dining tables inside to seat 16 in each dining room

  • Central heat and air

  • Large porches for your indoor/outdoor reception

FULL SERVICE CATERING
  • Please refer to our catering page to view menu options.

  • 3 hours of service with additional hours available at $500 per hour.

  • All menu choices must be finalized at least 3 weeks prior to your event.

  • Caterers will cut the cake at no additional charge.

  • Disposable plates and utensils included.

  • We do not allow outside catering or bar packages- Please see our catering page for more information. 
     

PRICING

 

​Wedding package including full catering and all of the above amenities for up to 50 people. (Ages 6 and under are free)

Saturday : $9,400.00

Friday & Sunday: $8,000.00

Monday- Thursday $7,000.00

Low-Season: January, July & August 10% discount off  "Flower" total

51-100 guests add $65 per person

All of our packages require an additional 18% taxable gratuity + 7% sales tax added to your total.
